Parking was tricky.

the setting is super unique, like a movie set, really enjoyed the hot tub in snowdon room. the staff were friendly n easy to check in/out. loved the peacefulness and beautiful scenery surrounding the place. it’s great for families with lots to do. the beds were comfy and showers were hot and great pressure!

couldn't find the late check in desk which was kinda annoying and some more signs would help. also, finding the way out was hard, kept running around in circles lol.

The grounds are absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and peaceful vibes. One morning, I heard this delightful sound, turned out to be a waterfall on the property, an unexpected treasure to discover before leaving.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still worth the experience.

Consider bringing your own supplies like washing up liquid and basic condiments, as these aren't provided in the accommodations.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Forest Retreat with Balcony. The surroundings inspired tranquility, and the dining experience exceeded expectations. A minor drawback was the room's size, which felt a bit cramped for three. a charming retreat we hope to revisit!

Had an awesome time here with friends! We loved checking out beautiful walks around. The hot tub in our caravan was great for relaxing. Plus, Portmeirion was a short drive away. But, do bring extra toilet paper since we ran low during our stay.

We didn’t have enough loo paper for 6 people for a weekend and hadn’t brought any with us also there were no bin bags only the one in the bin on arrival so we had to improvise but it didn’t marr our overall enjoyment.

Inadequate lighting in outdoor spaces!!! Limited walking paths on premises!!! Bring your own toiletries since basic supplies are missing!!! Ensure enough toilet paper for larger parties to avoid inconvenience!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the kids' playground, a hit with our little ones. Restaurant service was slow, felt like forever to get our order. Clean cabins, great location for exploring the area.

It was just an appropriate option for strolling in Porthmadog with good value for price. The cabin was clean, which made our stay pleasant. To avoid any issues, check all kitchenware for cleanliness before using it.
